Welcome to Feather Ridge Barrel Golf
The Course
The current Feather Ridge course design was completed over the Thanksgiving holiday in November of 2002, and currently sports nine holes. Though it takes much of its inspiration from the original Point 'O Pines course in Wisconsin, Feather Ridge has found its own character in the oak filled valleys of California.
What is Barrel Golf?
Barrel Golf is a simple game played very similarly to Club Golf. Each player, equipped with a baseball or softball size ceramic ball, tries to manipulate their ball from each "tee" box to and through each barrel using as few throws as possible.
The Rules
General:
Get from each footprint to the barrel in 7 or fewer throws
Maintain contact with the previous spot until you have released the ball
The ball must pass completely through the barrel
The final throw must be made underhand
Feather Ridge:
Hole #5 - Circle the staked tree counter-clockwise
Kids under 8 years old need only hit the barrel
